Classes
BalletRox Dance! offers affordable, professional dance classes to children and young people in grades K-12 during the school year.
Most classes are open to ages 2.5 to 18 for all levels (beginning to advanced). New this year we have added open classes for teens/adults during the week at Vine Street Community Center.
BalletRox offers classes at variety of dance forms, including creative movement, ballet, tap, jazz, modern, Afro-Fusion, Musical Theatre, and hip-hop.
Dance classes are taught by BalletRox instructors who also teach in the BalletRox/Boston Public Schools Dance Program.
We offer registration on a rolling basis until May of the school year. For the students who want to be part of our recital at the end of the school year, we require that they attend at minimum half of classes in April and May.

Class Offering Update: Adult Drop-In Classes
Starting this year, we’re excited to introduce drop-in classes for adults! Join us for the following sessions:
- Monday Adult Ballet
- Wednesday Adult Hip-Hop
Cost: $15 per class
No need to commit to a long-term program; simply drop in and dance your heart out! We can’t wait to see you there.
